Leonardo bf3535970e Added the possibility of running tests from each collection separately 
Also added CMC_BITSET_WORD_TYPE so that the type of the bitset buffer can be defined with the -D flag

Leonardo 2c732dbadf Added callbacks to multimap and multiset, removed enabled flag and more 
The enabled flag from the previous commit was removed because it seemed pointless
PFX##_customize functions were changed, now callbacks can be NULL but not allloc_node
Added more code to callback test
Added some missing functions and changed some others
Added more TODO comments of missing code checks or possible improvements
Added more callback guards for set functions

Leonardo 4e96d3aba0 Huge changes to bidimap and added callbacks to it 
Callbacks lost their 'on_' prefix
Bidimap was simply not working properly. Many of its functions have been reworked:
- _update_key_by_val is now _update_key
- _update_val_by_key is now _update_val
- Removed _update_key and _update_val because they just weren't what a bidimap really is about

Leonardo 0089abc84a Added cor folder and cmc_callbacks is now common to all collections 
Now every file includes core.h and hashtable-based collections include hashtable.h

The definition of cmc_heap_order has been kept inside heap.h because it is the only collection to use it
