Tobias Boege 3ea063d1e0 Fix string_clear_get_str when stack allocated 
If a string_t is stack-allocated, string_clear_get_str would still try
to copy it from the NULL heap pointer, resulting in a failed assertion.
Copy from the stack instead. Also add a test for this.

Patrick Pelissier 78ba83ce42 * Fix BOUNDED_STRING_CTE macro. In OOR context, it may create invalid constant that triggers 
assumption fault.
* Fix _equal_p in OOR context for bounded string. This method can be called in OOR context,
so the contracts may not be verified.
