Patrick Pelissier 22e16e983b Separate mempool in two concepts: ...

* A Garbage Collector that centralizes the connexion with the threads
  and registers all mempools
* the mempool that is responsible for alloc/dec of nodes.

It allows having multiple mempools registered in a GC.
