A lot of changes
...
Changed include guards
Removed struct cmc_flags, now using enum
Token concatenation now uses CMC_
Every concatenation with SNAME now uses a special macro (this allows customization)
Deleted some no longer needed test files
Deleted some very old implementations of dev and sac collections
