Kevin Kofler f2c9280524 Implement test_rbtree in bench-qt. 
There is however no measurable performance difference between a
QHashDummyValue value type and the unsigned long value type used by
test_dict1 below.

(Running list benchmark before array fragment the memory too much and
 generate a noticable slow down).
