Some languages can make use of C foreign function interfaces
compiled as static libraries so it's a good idea for CSFML to
support this use case.

Use relative install path for pkgconfig files
...
It is recommended in CMake's official documentation to use relative path
for DESTINATION parameter. Using absolute paths do not work with the
cmake --install command's --prefix option.

Use SFML 2.6's set of compiler warnings
...
Some minor tweaks were made to remove Android-specific workarounds
that CSFML doesn't need and removing a few warnings that are not
feasible to fix at the moment.

Add pkg-config files, optionally installed by CMake on Linux builds

The modules provided are:
- csfml-system
- csfml-graphics
- csfml-window
- csfml-audio
- csfml-network
- csfml-all (depends on all the above modules)
They are installed to the standard location for pkg-config files on Linux.
This is adapted from SFML own pkg-config files.
