Chris Thrasher 055e69520f Support building CSFML as static libraries 
Some languages can make use of C foreign function interfaces
compiled as static libraries so it's a good idea for CSFML to
support this use case.

Chris Thrasher 6035a5fa5a Use SFML_ROOT to find SFML installation 
This is line with modern CMake convention where -D<PackageName>_ROOT
is used to locate a given package's installation.
